How long does it take to open my company?

It depends on the Board of Trade in your state, but the average is 3 to 10 business days from the moment we receive your documents. We follow every stage and tell you whenever the status changes.

Do I need to come to the office?

No. The whole process is digital, from signing the contract to sending documents. If you would rather meet in person, we also receive clients by appointment.

How does switching from my current accountant work?

Accepted Answer

You do not have to speak to them. We formally request your accounting records, check what is outstanding and handle the transition. Your invoicing never stops.

Do you serve companies in any state?

Yes. We work online with clients across Brazil. State and municipal obligations are handled according to the law of each location.

What is included in the monthly fee?

Accounting and tax bookkeeping, tax calculation, ancillary filings, payroll within the plan limit and support from the accountant in charge. One-off work such as amending the articles of association or issuing certificates is quoted separately and always approved by you first.

Is there a lock-in period or cancellation fee?

There is no lock-in. The contract can be ended with 30 days' notice and we hand back your full accounting records, organised.
